About the Conference

At Vantage Point, our mission is to “promote connected communities by nurturing a strong non-profit sector. We deliver high-quality training, resources, and advocacy that builds connection, creativity, and impact in the sector.” The British Columbia Non-Profit Leadership Conference (BCNPLC) is our premier event designed to fulfill that exact purpose and to bring together non-profit leaders from across the province to develop our collective strength.

The BC Non-Profit Leadership Conference is where non-profit leaders from all varieties of organizations can share innovative ideas and collaborate on solutions that drive positive change. Attendees have the opportunity to engage in a variety of workshops, panel discussions, and networking sessions designed to enhance their leadership skills and organizational effectiveness. Our carefully curated sessions focus on the latest trends and best practices in non-profit management, ensuring that participants leave with deeper connections, quality resources, actionable insights and effective strategies.

Together, we can strengthen the work of our communities and amplify the impact of our collective efforts.

Sponsorship Opportunities

In our province, the non-profit sector makes an impact in every community, and supports many aspects of our lives, including healthcare, education, poverty reduction, sports and recreation, arts and culture, and more. There are around 31,000 non-profits in BC, employing approximately 360,000 individuals. As per Statistics Canada, the non-profit sector contributes nearly $30 billion to the province’s economy in 2022. In 2021, data revealed that the sector provided significant employment to marginalized communities, including 243,00 women and 17,500 Indigenous identity employees.

By supporting this conference, you have the opportunity to show your support and help uplift and strengthen the non-profit sector that is so important to our province. You will see your impact on not only Vantage Point, but hundreds of non-profit organizational staff, volunteers, and contributors from across BC.
